New chapter. New Chief Executive.

The Aotearoa Circle has warmly welcomed Alec Tang to the role of Chief Executive, stepping onto a firm foundation built by Vicki Watson over the past seven years.  

As he takes the baton, Alec says that now, more than ever, Aotearoa New Zealand’s economic resilience and competitive advantage depend on healthy, flourishing natural systems. He’s excited about continuing our work towards a more nature-positive economy alongside our Partners, Guardians and Rangatahi Advisory Panel.
