About Us

Rangatahi Advisory Panel

The decisions we’re making today will shape the world our rangatahi inherit in decades to come.

We believe it’s only fair and responsible to include their perspectives in shaping our future now.

We established the Rangatahi Advisory Panel (RAP) in 2023 to do just that – ensure the voices of future generations are considered in the work we are leading.

Our RAP compromises aspiring young people from within our Leading Partner organisations. Collectively they hold The Circle, our Guardians and leaders to account across our workstreams, providing a learning opportunity for all who sit alongside them now and into the future.
