Nominations are now open at the CEO or Director level to join our Board as a Guardian.
We welcome nominees from Partner organisations who reflect the diversity of Aotearoa New Zealand and our key economic sectors.
Our current Guardians are responsible for our governance. Each Guardian is a respected senior leader who understands our economy’s reliance on natural capital and actively promotes our vision of enduring prosperity for Aotearoa New Zealand. They share our ambition within their own circles of influence from speaking, to written commentary in a variety of fora.
Our Guardians, appointed under our Trust deed, provide governance and set the strategies to achieve our purpose. They meet a least times a year (three full-day in person meetings, and two online sessions) and work with our Chief Executive to monitor and progress the work we deliver.
With their support, and the guidance of Rangatahi Advisory Panel, the Circle continues to lead action to reduce nature-related risks and build greater resilience in our economy for a thriving future.
