Tapping into the expertise of the agriculture industry, growers, government, iwi māori and scientists, we have worked collectively to develop climate scenarios and a roadmap of actions to create a sector that is proactively planning for the future and building long-term resilience.

The Tourism Adaptation Roadmap, written in collaboration with public and private sector industry experts, will help ensure the sector is resilient and reducing the impact of climate change, creating an abundant regenerative tourism sector that ensures people, planet and prosperity are balanced.

Farmers, growers and producers are experiencing first hand the devastation of increasing extreme weather events. The development of these climate change scenarios provides consistent data for the sector who are seeking to mitigate and adapt and will serve as the basis for the Agri-Adaptation Roadmap.

This 2023 legal opinion, in partnership with Chapman Tripp, seeks to provide clarity and direction on the legal duties of New Zealand Directors to manage natural capital related risk.

These scenarios provide critical structure to an uncertain future for the Tourism sector, detailing what the sector will look like under different climate scenarios and serving as the foundational document for the soon-to-be released Tourism Adaptation Roadmap.
